Job summary

Truist seeks a senior operations leader to oversee the Client Solutions Team, ensuring quotes, contracts, loan processing and funding meet service and profitability standards. You will coach Account Executives, manage regional performance, and drive growth through strategic relationships with top agent clients.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive experience in finance/loans, and the ability to travel as needed. A Bachelor's degree and Salesforce/MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business-related field or equivalent education and related training
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interact with various personalities/groups on the telephone and in person
• Exceptional organizational, time management and leadership skills
• Strong analytical, math and problem solving acumen
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other common desktop PC applications
• Deep people, process and results managerial ability
• Proven record of sound decision making and sustained high managerial performance
• Ability to travel, occasionally overnight

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the Client Solutions Team
• Meet and exceed retail agent client service expectations
• Manage pricing, underwriting and quotes to ensure competitiveness and profitability
• Develop and maintain productive customer relationships
• Oversee outbound calls, campaigns and marketing efforts to raise visibility
• Track regional performance and analyze opportunities for improvements
• Hire, train, and evaluate AEs
• Make joint sales calls with outside sales to grow top accounts
• Approve credit risk and pricing within limits
