Job summary

Truist is seeking a Sales/Service and Loan Support professional to assist Relationship Managers, Commercial Credit staff, and Sales Leaders across Commercial client portfolios. You will support pipeline accuracy, onboarding, and client communications while ensuring CRM data is current.

Responsibilities include servicing loans and deposits, assisting in treasury onboarding, and helping with portfolio management and regulatory compliance. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least five years of related financial services experience.
• Two years in a CCS role or similar.
• Ability to identify, analyze and resolve issues independently.
• Advanced knowledge of related systems and processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to complete CCS training curriculum.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales support to Relationship Managers and teams, including pipeline accuracy and client communications.
• Support portfolio growth by recognizing referral opportunities and coordinating with IRM partners.
• Assist in servicing Commercial loans, deposits and Treasury-related tasks and maintain accurate client data.
• Assist in loan processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and conduct follow‑up with clients.
