Responsibilities

• Client Servicing (70%): Serve as the primary client contact, maintain consistent contact, and manage calls professionally.
• Data Analysis and Operation Processing (15%): Analyze loan indicators, provide guidance to optimize product performance, and handle data requests.
• Issue Resolution (15%): Coordinate cross-functional resolution, communicate corrective actions, and document outcomes.
