Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions in Los Angeles is seeking a Facility Solutions Manager to oversee the business operations for an assigned client contracted service area. This role provides field support, including training, onboarding new clients, inspections of contractor performance, and resolving client requests with a focus on lasting relationships.

• 3+ years of sales and management experience in building maintenance or facility management preferred.
• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree desirable.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; detail-oriented and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned client relationships, including retention, expansion, and service diversification.
• Formulate and manage service strategy and schedules tailored to each client.
• Negotiate and enter into agreements for additional services; determine pricing and logistics.
• Manage contractor relationships, including hiring, pricing, compliance, and replacements.
• Ensure quality standards and client satisfaction through inspections and follow-through.
