Flagstar Bank is seeking a Branch Banking Client Consultant I in Dearborn Heights, MI to deliver front-line client service, welcome clients, identify needs, and perform teller functions and financial transactions with accuracy and friendliness.

This role supports branch success by balancing operational accuracy with risk standards, while also assisting with client education and collaboration with branch teammates to promote suitable financial solutions for everyday banking needs.

Qualifications

• Education level required: High School / GED or foreign equivalent.
• Minimum experience: Less than 2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• Preferred: Experience in Financial Services Industry.

Responsabilités

• Sales Performance: Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in financial performance and primary client acquisition.
• Client Experience: Provide positive client experience by assisting with account questions and resolving issues.
• Risk Management: Perform accurate daily financial transactions and adhere to bank policies and regulations.
• Additional accountabilities: Complete special projects and comply with trainings and regulations.
