Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in financial services, asset management, investment banking or accounting.
• Completion of Series 7 and 63 within the first six months of employment.
• Knowledge of financial markets, fixed income, and portfolio management techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Bloomberg, index provider databases, and query tools.
• Interest and exposure to data analysis, automation tools, AI-assisted workflows; willingness to learn emerging technologies.
• Self-starter, able to operate in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
• Excellent time management, multi-tasking, organization and communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building and collaboration across levels in a matrix environment.

Aufgaben

• Client Servicing & Portfolio Analysis: deliver core client servicing materials and respond to inquiries with accuracy and timeliness.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: partner with product specialists, operations, and compliance to coordinate client activity.
• Business Development Support: conduct ongoing client and prospect research and monitor allocation trends for actionable insights.
• CRM, Pipeline & Business Planning: maintain CRM records and track client engagement and activity.
• Reporting & Workflow Optimization: use data and AI-enabled tools to enhance reporting efficiency and streamline workflows.
