PIMCO Europe Ltd. is seeking an Account Associate (AA), Internal Sales, to join our U.S. Global Wealth Management team in Austin, TX.

The AA will support the Account Manager by strengthening relationships with financial advisors across wirehouses, regional banks, and independent broker-dealers. You will help enhance sales processes, provide market insights, and leverage AI-driven tools to improve client engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 license or obtain within 3 months of start date.
• 2–3 years of professional work experience, preferably in financial services or investment management, or in sales/client-facing role.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Market research and insights to support sales efforts for the territory.
• Assist in client interactions via phone, email, and meetings; participate in travel and conferences.
• Collaborate with AM to understand client needs and tailor the sales approach.
• Provide market insights, product information, and sales support to the AM.
• Support territory activity management and develop a comprehensive business plan.
• Engage in professional development and mentoring within PIMCO.
• Contribute to cross-team collaboration and process improvements using data/AI tools.
