Job summary

FactSet is seeking a Client Solutions Associate in Chicago to build deep client relationships, promote product adoption, and deliver training. You will understand client workflows and develop creative, product-based solutions using FactSet tools.

After completing training, you will combine finance knowledge with technology to support clients, create custom models and automated processes, and lead in-person trainings at client sites and seminars.

Qualifications

• Client-facing experience or willingness to engage with clients.
• Proven ability to quickly learn new technology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with Excel skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree expected by Sept 2026.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand their business and investment processes and provide solutions using FactSet products.
• Provide support for FactSet applications and create custom FactSet models, screens, and automated processes.
• Plan and lead product trainings in client offices and at training seminars.
