You will work with internal teams to resolve issues, deploy solutions, build relationships, and occasionally travel to major financial centers across the U.S. The role emphasizes service excellence, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Science, Business, Finance, Economics, Math, Engineering, or similar fields.
• 4–7 years of professional experience in analytical thinking, client interaction, and technical problem-solving roles.
• Desire to learn and support a robust software suite.
• Eagerness to study and master the municipal and corporate bond market.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage projects, and meet deadlines with high-quality results.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaborative skills.
• Exemplary interpersonal skills.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Learn about and master the world of fixed income investments.
• Study Investortools’ clients to understand their operations and operating models.
• Engage with clients to resolve needs in a timely and efficient manner.
• Recognize and assess underlying client needs, providing targeted solutions.
• Possess a strong passion for problem solving and client service.
• Coordinate with client’s technology and infrastructure teams for product deployment.
• Provide tailored training to client users on integrating software into their daily workflow.
• Display ownership to resolve complex client issues.
• Navigate ambiguous client issues with the client and internal partners to develop efficient solutions.
• Build collaborative relationships to attain team objectives.
• Occasional travel to financial centers across the United States.
