Job summary

Woolpert is seeking a Client Software Trainer to explain the technical complexities of client software to a diverse audience. The trainer will plan, prepare, and research lessons and deliver engaging sessions. The role reports to the Geospatial Team Leader and may involve extensive travel.

The position requires experience in training, instructional design, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Training, instructional design, communications, or a related bachelor’s degree.
• Prior training, teaching, or presentation experience.
• Experience training users in MobileAssessor, CAMACloud Suite or CAMA preferred.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite and/or other instructional design and development applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and prepare training content with Business Analyst.
• Provide client training on software applications individually or in groups.
• Maintain records for training programs, including evaluations and LMS records.
• Refine learning tools and techniques.
• Engage clients during training and assess group needs.
