Job summary

Chenega Corporation seeks a Geospatial Trainer to lead and deliver performance-oriented geospatial training across classroom, field, and simulation environments in support of GEOINT operations.

The role requires a TS/SCI clearance, experience with FMV exploitation and imagery-derived products, and familiarity with J-STARS and related GEOINT sensor technologies. Training delivery spans resident, non-resident, and mobile courses with SME input on POIs and lesson plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; four additional years of related experience may substitute.
• Must have a TS/SCI or TS Interim clearance.
• Experience with GEOINT automation tools and systems.
• Experience with FMV exploitation and imagery derived products (IDP’s).
• Familiarity with J-STARS, MTI exploitation and cross-cueing GEOINT sensor types.

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance-oriented geospatial training across classroom, practical exercises, simulation, field modalities.
• Support resident, non-resident, and mobile training courses.
• Serve as SME in revising POIs, Lesson Plans, and TSPs.
• Remedy deficiencies identified during preparation and conduct of instruction.

• Deliver performance-oriented training across multiple modalities (classroom, practical exercises, simulation, field).
• Support resident, non-resident, and mobile training courses.
• Participate as SME in revising POIs, Lesson Plans, and TSPs.
• Remedy deficiencies identified during preparation and conduct of instruction.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; four additional years of related experience may substitute for degree (contract dependent).
• Must have a TS/SCI or TS Interim clearance.
• Experience working on the most recent automation tools-sets and systems applicable to GEOINT intelligence operations.
• Instruction and course development support for FMV exploitation, Imagery Derived Products (IDP’s),
• National imagery exploitation, Commercial or Remote Sensing exploitation, Joint Surveillance Target Acquisition Radar System (J-STARS)
• Moving Target Indicator (MTI) exploitation, cross-cueing operations between all GEOINT sensor types, and FMV basic flight operations on Multiple User Simulation Environment (MUSE) systems.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and present information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings.
• Ability to interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
