• Provides appropriate post-phlebotomy patient care.
• Identifies need for patient medical assistance and call code as appropriate.
• Reviews refrigerator temperatures and QC/QA records; reports findings per policy.
• Label and process specimens according to protocols and policies.
• Must procure blood specimens from infant, adult, geriatric, and wheelchair-bound patients.
