Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.

• Must be able to communicate with people in a confidential, supportive and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative and client service support to Trust Officers and Relationship Managers to deliver exceptional client experience for Investment Management and Trust clients.
• Support the Trust Team in achieving and exceeding annual business goals and objectives.
• Serve as a liaison between clients, Investment and Trust Department personnel, Bank staff, and external vendors to address account-related matters, facilitate issue resolution, and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Process and coordinate routine client transactions and service requests.
• Coordinate department-wide client communications, including paper and electronic statements, financial plans, and other client correspondence.
