Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service to branch customers at the teller line or drive-up windows.
• Process customer deposits and withdrawals (including night bags) according to procedures.
• Receive loan, mortgage, and club payments.
• Cash checks and sell money orders and Treasurer’s checks.
• Assist customers with safe deposit box access.
• Refer complex questions to the Front Line Manager or Supervisor.
• Accurately settle cash drawer and processed work per procedures.
• Maintain documentation and comply with banking regulations and policies.
• Promote Kennebec Savings Bank products and services to customers.
• Support branch operations and training as needed.
