Responsibilities include coordinating communications, preparing documents for client reviews, and maintaining accurate records while ensuring deadlines and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 1–3 years in financial services preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and client service support to Trust Officers and Relationship Managers.
• Coordinate client communications and assist with meetings and follow-ups.
• Prepare materials for meetings and client reviews.
• Maintain client records and act as CRM liaison for data quality.
• Back up Trust Administrator duties and assist with PG Calc system tasks.
• Support business development efforts and bank referral tracking.
