Job summary

BankUnited is seeking a National Title Solutions Support Associate to assist the sales and service teams in delivering exceptional client experiences. Ideal candidates have at least two years of Private Banking Assistant experience and strong MS Office skills, with a focus on client communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years as Private Banking Assistant or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in bank customer service with high net worth clients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responds to telephone and e-mail service requests from National Title Solutions clients.
• Opens new bank accounts, performs account maintenance, processes check orders and deposits.
• Pulls daily reports (e.g., ODs, Significant Balance).
• Handles wire transfer instructions and liaises with Wire Room and Fraud Department.
• Prepares account documentation for new clients and manages client correspondence.
• Troubleshoots client issues and follows established policies and procedures.
