Qualifications

• Working knowledge of commercial deposit accounts, escrow, settlement and trust requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary service contact for National Title Solutions clients, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage a high volume of client requests with accuracy, organization and timely follow-through.
• Support opening and maintenance of commercial operating, escrow, settlement and other deposit accounts.
• Open personal and business accounts when needed, ensuring documentation and system setup meet requirements.
• Coordinate treasury management implementations and resolve account-related issues with internal teams.
• Prepare and deliver requested account information and reports to clients.
