Triumph Financial, Inc. is seeking a Client Services Associate for TBK Bank. You will handle prompt and accurate financial transactions, profile customers, and identify cross-sell opportunities to build relationships and loyalty.

Join our team and support branch goals by delivering exceptional service, handling account openings, and safeguarding customer information in compliance with bank policies. This entry-level role requires a high school diploma or GED and 6–12 months teller experience;

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED, at least 18 years old, and ideally 6–12 months of bank teller experience.
• Customer service, sales, or cross-selling experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Profile new and existing customers, suggesting tailored products/services.
• Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding expectations.
• Open new accounts with accurate documentation.
• Assist with Stop Payments, Debit Card Orders, and more.
• Take initiative to resolve customer issues and provide prompt feedback.
• Help maintain customer goodwill and contribute to branch goals.
• Refer customers to bank departments.
