Pace Analytical Services LLC is seeking a Client Services Technician I to support the sample receiving department in our environmental testing laboratory. You will process shipments, verify paperwork, and log samples into our system, while upholding quality and safety standards.

The role includes on-the-job training, a full-time schedule, and a team committed to protecting the environment and public health.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service skills with preference for candidates with shipping/warehouse experience.
• Experience in a laboratory or environmental testing setting is preferred but not required. Training provided.

Responsibilities

• Receiving shipments of samples.
• Unpacking the sample coolers.
• Verifying the samples against the customer’s paperwork.
• Logging the sample into our system.
