Job summary

Pace Analytical Services LLC is seeking a Client Services Technician I to join our sample receiving department within our environmental testing laboratory. You will receive training to perform duties and contribute to accurate data handling and quality assurance.

Responsibilities include receiving shipments, unpacking coolers, verifying paperwork, and logging samples into our system with strong emphasis on customer service and teamwork, while adhering to PPE requirements and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills with a strong preference towards candidates with previous customer service, shipping, or warehouse experience.
• Experience in a laboratory or environmental testing setting is preferred but not required. We’ll train you!
• Ability to perform work in a lab or office setting, remain standing for long periods, work around strong odors, and wear PPE (lab coat, safety glasses, gloves)

Responsibilities

• Receiving shipments of samples.
• Unpacking the sample coolers.
• Verifying the samples against the customer’s paperwork.
• Logging the sample into our system
