Job summary

Pace is hiring a Client Services Technician I to join our environmental testing laboratory team. The role involves handling shipments, verifying paperwork, and logging samples in our system. Training will be provided to support growth in a professional laboratory environment.

Hours are 10:00AM–7:00PM Monday–Friday and 8:00AM–12:00PM Saturday (every third Saturday). Pace offers a comprehensive benefits package for full-time staff and a mission to improve safety and health in communities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service; prior shipping or warehouse experience is a plus.
• Laboratory or environmental testing experience is preferred but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments of samples.
• Unpack sample coolers.
• Verify samples against customer paperwork.
• Log samples into the system.
