Job summary

Pace® Analytical Services is seeking a Client Services Team Lead in Green Bay, WI. This full-time role handles shipping/receiving, sample processing, and administration, ensuring SOPs are followed and client needs are met.

The position requires strong team leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with lab and field staff during daily operations. Shift options include Tuesday–Friday 9:00–6:00 and Saturday 8:00–2:00.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3 years of sample, material, or lab administration or related experience.
• Valid driver’s license is often required.
• Experience with shipping/receiving and lab administration preferred.
