Paylocity, an award-winning cloud-based HR and payroll software provider, seeks an Account Manager II for its Schaumburg, IL office. The role focuses on resolving payroll/HR system challenges while building strong client relationships through primary contacts in a dedicated support team.

This is a full-time, on-site position requiring five days per week in the office. You will engage with clients via phone, Zoom, and email, utilizing internal resources to deliver timely, effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support, call center operations, or other high-volume customer-facing roles.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office with proficiency in Excel.
• Strong written communication skills for business correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Resolve client payroll and HR system issues as the primary contact.
• Maintain exceptional customer relationships through effective communication and problem solving.
• Meet performance metrics via inbound and outbound interactions (phone, Zoom, email).
• Collaborate with internal experts to provide optimal solutions.
• Navigate Paylocity products and resources to support clients effectively.
• Work cross-functionally to contribute to team and company goals.
