Job summary

PrideStaff is seeking a Customer Care Representative in Scottsdale, AZ, to manage financial portfolios and assist clients through significant life transitions. Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent experience in financial services in a fiduciary or RIA environment.
• Current life & health insurance license required.
• CFP or RICP designations are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage clients' financial portfolios and guide them through decisions.
• Conduct family legacy meetings to help communicate financial wishes.
• Provide concierge service for new clients during the transition process.
