• Escalate complex issues to management, Legal, or Compliance teams when appropriate.
• Assist with administrative tasks and account servicing activities.
• Help maintain a high level of client satisfaction through proactive communication and support.

• Scottsdale, AZ (Hybrid)
• $24-$25/hr
• Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
• Contract-to-Hire (4 Months)

About the Opportunity

We're seeking customer-focused professionals to join a growing Client Services team supporting retirement and financial savings programs. In this role, you'll serve as a primary point of contact for clients, advisors, and plan sponsors, helping resolve questions, process requests, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with call center, banking, financial services, or customer support experience who enjoy problem-solving and building strong client relationships.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
