Job summary

Stack's Bowers Galleries is seeking a Client Services Associate in Costa Mesa, CA. This customer-facing role requires solving problems, answering phones, and helping with orders in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll handle calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, manage calendars, and assist with packaging, shipping, and admin tasks. Prior CS experience is preferred; associate degree is a plus. On-site team environment with trade shows involvement.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Associate’s degree a plus—but not required.
• Strong communication and friendly, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Answer and route calls (50–200/day) with clear, friendly help.
• Respond to emails and in-person inquiries with empathy.
• Keep calendars and conference rooms up to date.
• Process and send documents, mailings and supplies.
• Assist with packaging and shipping and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Support the office team with admin tasks.
• Explain services, products and promotions to customers.
• Track and follow up on customer questions or complaints.
• Represent the company at trade shows when needed.
