Stack’s Bowers Galleries in Costa Mesa, CA seeks a Client Services Associate to be the friendly voice of our company. You’ll handle incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, keep calendars, process documents, and help with packaging and shipping while ensuring on-time deliveries.

The role favors detail-oriented, organized individuals with 1–2 years of customer service experience; familiarity with Microsoft Office is a plus; we offer health and retirement benefits and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communicator and active listener.
• Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.
• Organized and self-motivated.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel).

Responsibilities

• Answer and route calls (50–200/day), assist with account and order inquiries, and book appointments.
• Respond to emails and in-person inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
• Keep calendars and conference room schedules up to date.
• Process and send documents, mailings, and office supply orders.
• Help with packaging and shipping items and ensure deliveries arrive on time.
• Support office team with admin tasks (filing, logging requests, formatting documents).
• Represent the company at trade shows when needed.
