You will handle high volumes of calls, use the CRM to update records, and collaborate with dispatch to optimize appointments. Starting pay is $20–$24/hour with benefits and potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and high call volumes.
• Experience with CRM software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via phone or email promptly and professionally.
• Schedule service calls for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing services.
• Make outbound follow-up calls on inquiries and bookings.
• Confirm and adjust appointments; update CRM records.
