Job summary

Cognizant is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join the Client Services team within the Service Group. You will support Financial Advisors, staff, and external clients, delivering outstanding service and building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities include handling inbound calls, educating clients on account services, and troubleshooting basic tech issues. A high school diploma and prior call center experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous call center and customer service experience.
• Banking, financial services, or wealth management experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook.
• Strong Windows 11 navigation and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with Citrix, Good for Enterprise, and Active Directory is preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues with monitors, speakers, keyboards, and mice.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook troubleshooting techniques.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain professionalism in all client interactions.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing business needs.
