Cognizant is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the Client Services team within the Service Group. You will support Financial Advisors, staff, and external clients, delivering outstanding service and strengthening client relationships.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous call center and customer service experience required.
• Banking or wealth management experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite incl. Outlook.
• Strong Windows 11 navigation and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with Citrix, Good for Enterprise, and Active Directory preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot monitors, speakers, keyboards, and mice.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain professionalism in client interactions.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing business needs.
