Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for high volumes of client interactions via phone, in-person, and email.
• Onboard new clients and open accounts; research client and security information in internal systems.
• Ensure client data is up-to-date with firm requirements and regulations.
• Process asset transfers and monitor cash positions to inform investment opportunities.
• Prepare financial reports and materials for client meetings; input orders and rebalance portfolios.
• Maintain CRM records and support marketing events for Financial Advisors.
