This role emphasizes effective communication across platforms and the ability to manage multiple urgent tasks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, capable of problem solving, and willing to participate in ongoing training and development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 5+ years in financial services preferred.
• Experience servicing clients and managing multiple tasks with accuracy is essential.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Excel, and data/document management.

Responsibilities

• Serves as first point of contact for a high volume of client interactions by phone, email, or in person.
• Assists Financial Advisors with onboarding, account setup, and client communications.
• Trades discretionary and non-discretionary products; monitors model performance.
• Maintains client documentation and ensures regulatory compliance and data accuracy.
• Supports marketing events, seminars, and client outreach activities.
• Prepares reports to improve efficiency and track practice performance.
