Job summary

Alta Warehousing & Logistics is seeking a Client Service Representative in Wilmer, TX. The CSR will ensure accurate and timely communication with clients to guarantee orders are received, allocated, scheduled, routed, labeled, and shipped per contracts.

The role also covers general office duties and reporting. You will work 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday; benefits include vacation, sick time, holidays, medical/dental/vision, 401K; minimum 1 year 3PL CSR

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of CSR experience in 3PL.
• Ability to manage high-volume emails and calls.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with WMS and MS Office.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Process client orders per specifications.
• Provide shipping and tracking information.
• Maintain positive client relationships and handle inquiries.
• Act as liaison between warehouse and clients.
• Generate client reports using WMS and MS Office.
• First point of contact for external clients.
