Job summary

Boland, a leading HVAC and building systems provider in the DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia region, is seeking a Client Service Coordinator in Gaithersburg, MD. This full-time role supports internal and external client service requests, with a hybrid schedule and three days in the office per week.

You will manage communications, schedule quotes and inspections, and coordinate with service technicians and apprentices using Wennsoft and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of administrative and client service experience.
• Dispatch experience is a plus.
• Strong computer skills, proficient in MS Office.
• Excellent communication and phone skills, motivated, works well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent client service to internal and external clients.
• Answer phones and emails promptly and professionally.
• Monitor queues and relay information in a timely manner.
• Process, schedule and follow up on quoted jobs from routing to billing.
• Process, schedule and follow up on contracted service inspections.
• Enter and track daily/weekly time for technicians and apprentices.
• Ensure technicians are informed of schedules for following day.
• Utilize Wennsoft, SharePoint, and other systems effectively.
• Respond to emails and voicemail messages promptly.
• Assist technicians with contracts, scheduling, and client communications.
