Qualifications

Responsibilities
Take Customer Service phone calls and follow up of patient and client requests.
Gauge client satisfaction with Interpath operations and performance.
Help Sales reps to find, educate and close new business relationships.
Help the billing office with collection of payment from clients and/or patients.
Keeping corporate aware of trends or changes to your area.
Participate in departmental quality assurance monitors.
Perform other work related duties as assigned.
