Talent Groups is seeking a Pharmacy Tech Customer Support Specialist in Grapevine, TX to handle incoming calls and tickets from pharmacy clients. You will troubleshoot pharmacy software, insurance adjudication, and pricing questions, while documenting interactions in tracking systems and escalating complex issues as needed.

You will build relationships with pharmacy staff and owners, delivering timely, professional, and patient-centered service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Pharmacy technician background in retail or similar setting required.

• Degree or relevant pharmacy technician certification.

Additional Requirements

• Availability for occasional after-hours and Saturday shifts.
