Blue Ridge Veterinary Associates seeks a Client Service Representative to be the first contact for clients, answer phones, greet guests, and manage records. You will rotate between front desk and call center, with various full‑time shifts including weekends.
Strong customer service and organizational skills are essential. Experience with veterinary terminology and Impromed is a plus; candidates should be 18+ and able to lift records up to 25 lbs.

The Client Service Representative (CSR) is the client’s first contact when calling or visiting the practice and as such represents the professional image of the practice to callers and visitors. The CSR answers telephones, greets clients, prepares patient files, receives and relays client correspondence, updates client financial records. The outstanding CSR has the ability to diffuse negative client situations and foster client bonding. You will rotate between the front desk and call center.
Schedule: Full-time. Various schedules are available. AM, Mid-day and PM shifts, including some weekends.
