National Veterinary Associates (NVA) seeks a Client Service Representative to act as a liaison, provide product and service information, and resolve client issues with accuracy and empathy. The CSR will maintain records, schedule appointments, and ensure high customer satisfaction across veterinary services.
Responsibilities include handling client calls, documenting medical histories, processing invoices, and supporting the veterinary team with communication and care coordination.
A Client Service Representative (CSR) will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. They’re patient, empathetic, passionately communicative, and they have a love to genuinely help people and their pets. The CSR ensures excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
