Job Details

Location: Grand Junction, CO 81505; Position Type: Full‑time/Part‑time; Education Level: High School; Salary Range: $16.00–$16.00 per hour; Travel: None; Shift: Any; Category: Customer Service.

Individual is responsible for administering drug testing and for installing and managing electronic device installation/maintenance and data management that includes alcohol monitoring and location monitoring. This role will primarily focus on either drug testing or electronic monitoring installation but may also accept assignments to the other duties as needed (daily, weekly, or ad hoc) or on a rotating basis directed by management.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Meet with clients to install, remove, or perform maintenance on monitoring technologies and provide customer service to clients and the agencies served.
• Schedule installation appointments for new referrals and maintenance appointments.
• Manage daily communication and equipment alerts and maintenance items.
• Create individual customer accounts, track participants, and process payments for services provided.
• Deliver participant completion, non‑compliance, and payment reports to appropriate supervising agencies.
• Administer urine analysis samples per protocol and chain of custody procedures (on‑job training).
• Manage daily communication with billing and maintenance items.

QUALIFICATIONS
