AtlantiCare is seeking a Client Services Representative to support front-desk operations across hospital and ambulatory settings. You will coordinate appointments, collect insurance information, and enter data into the system while delivering clear financial information to clients.

The role requires 1–3 years of office experience (preferably medical), knowledge of ICD-10 coding, and familiarity with medical terminology. Training on Clinical Applications will be provided after hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of office experience required, preferably in a medical setting.
• Minimum 1 year insurance, 4 and ICD-10 coding experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Proficiency in Clinical Applications preferred; will be trained after hire.

Client Services Representative

POSITION SUMMARY

POSITION SUMMARYThe Client Services Representative provides office support at the front desk within the Hospital, Ambulatory or setting. The Representative also ensures the timely and organized scheduling of patient appointments, patient insurance information, enters client information into the computer, and provides accurate financial information to clients. This position supports organizational goals by providing quality customer service, participating in performance improvement efforts and demonstrating a commitment to team work and cooperation.

QUALIFICATIONS

QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent required.

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:

EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years office experience required, preferably in a medical setting. Minimum 1 year insurance, 4 and ICD-10 coding experience preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology preferred. Proficiency in Clinical Applications preferred at time of hire; incumbents within position will be trained appropriately and then skill will be required for this position within 30-60 days from date of hire.

ENVIRONMENT

ENVIRONMENT: Potential for exposure to the hazards and risk of the hospital environment, including exposure to infectious disease, hazardous substances, and potential injury.
