Ethos Veterinary Health is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our overnight team in a fast-paced emergency setting. You will be the first point of contact for clients and play a crucial role in guiding patients through urgent situations with empathy and professionalism.

Responsibilities include handling high-volume calls, assisting emergency clients, supporting overnight hospital operations, and maintaining accurate records while coordinating with medical staff.

Qualifications

• Previous client service experience required; veterinary or medical experience preferred.

Job description

We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our overnight team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced emergency environment, enjoys helping both people and pets during stressful situations, and can remain calm, organized, and professional overnight.

Schedule and Compensation

• 3rdShift : 6p-4a
• Rotating schedule: M/Tu/W/Satand Sun/W/Th/F
• Starting pay: $17/hour (higher rates may be available based on experience)
• Overnight shift differential: +$2/hour for hours worked between 8:00 PM and 6:00 AM
• Weekend shift differential: +$2/hour
• Differentials do not stack

Qualifications

• Previous client service/customer service experience required; veterinary or medical experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with office software and systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Successful candidates must be able to work independently overnight while maintaining strong teamwork and communication with medical staff
