Job summary

Sonora Quest Laboratories/Laboratory Sciences of Arizona is seeking a Client Services Representative for our Phoenix headquarters. You will spend the majority of your shift handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting physicians, patients, and internal staff with laboratory information, test availability, and patient needs.

The role emphasizes accuracy, HIPAA compliance, and exceptional service as you contribute to the patient experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; minimum one year of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask, organize work, and maintain confidential information.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Experience with MS Office and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment.
• Interact professionally with physicians, patients and internal customers by phone.
• Use available resources to resolve service-related issues and escalate when needed.
• Document actions and maintain daily metrics and quality data while prioritizing patient care.
