Job summary

Laboratory Sciences of Arizona seeks a detail‑oriented Client Services Representative to join our Phoenix team. You will handle incoming and outgoing calls, guide physicians, patients and internal staff, and resolve issues with HIPAA‑compliant care.

The role starts at $19 per hour and up, with weekend differential pay and weekly incentives for hitting production metrics. Training provided; onsite at corporate headquarters in Phoenix.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required and at least one year in customer service.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple situations with confidential data.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Experience with MS Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment.
• Provide accurate laboratory and diagnostic information to patients and physicians.
• Document actions and resolve service issues while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
• Meet and strive to exceed department metrics and quality standards.
