Job summary

Everise is seeking a remote-based Customer Service professional to handle inbound calls for clients’ members. You will gather customer information, resolve issues on first contact where possible, and educate customers about products and services from your home workspace.

The role emphasizes assisting senior citizens with care and compassion, with schedule flexibility including weekends and evenings. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success.

• Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, assess and fulfill customer needs and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Resolve customer issues via one call resolution guidelines and/or escalated process.
