Job summary

Red Door Interactive, a San Diego-based integrated marketing agency, is seeking a project management professional to serve as the day-to-day contact for client projects and to coordinate timelines, budgets, and resources. You’ll maintain plans in Workfront and other tools, lead meetings, and keep teams aligned with clear next steps.

Qualifications

• 2 years of project management, account coordination, marketing, or related experience.
• Digital agency experience preferred.
• Understanding of digital marketing and integrated campaign execution.
• Experience with Workfront, Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or similar project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned projects and smaller client accounts.
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, resources, and budgets.
• Maintain project plans, documentation, and updates in Workfront and other agency tools.
• Schedule and facilitate project meetings, ensuring clear next steps and accountability.
• Monitor project scope, timelines, and budgets, proactively identifying risks and solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop estimates, manage workflow, and keep projects on track.
• Communicate project status, priorities, and changes clearly with clients and internal teams.
• Support process improvements and identify opportunities to work more efficiently.
