Job summary

Loja Jewelry Corp is seeking a detail-oriented Client Services & Production Coordinator to be the main hub among customers, CAD designers, jewelers, and QC to keep production on schedule. This full-time, in-person role in New York offers $21–$24 per hour, paid training and PTO, with a 2-week paid trial to ensure mutual fit.

You’ll handle orders, communicate updates, and coordinate across teams to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in production coordination, customer service, order/production management, or a similar role.
• Experience in the jewelry industry required (retail, custom design, manufacturing, or related).
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple jobs, teams, and deadlines at once, and comfortable working under pressure.
• Comfortable working with designers and production teams (CAD/jewelry CAD experience a plus).
• Proactive — you follow up before someone has to ask.

Responsibilities

• Handle job intake — entering new orders/jobs into our system accurately and completely.
• Communicate with customers daily, answering questions and providing updates.
• Respond to customer messages promptly and professionally.
• Track all active jobs and due dates, flagging anything at risk of slipping.
• Coordinate across the full production process — CAD designers, jewelers, setters, quality control, and any other team members involved — to keep every job moving on schedule.
• Make sure specs, requirements, and timelines are clearly communicated to everyone touching a job.
• Follow up on outstanding items at every stage so nothing falls through the cracks.
• Keep customers informed proactively — not just when they ask.

You’ll be the main point of contact for customers and the central hub connecting everyone involved in getting a job done — CAD designers, jewelers, setters, QC, and anyone else in the pipeline. What We’re Looking For

Job Details

• Full-time, in-person, 40 hours/week.
• Pay: $21–$24/hour (negotiable based on experience).
• Paid training provided.
• Paid time off.
• Note: This role begins with a paid 2-week trial period to ensure it’s a good mutual fit before the position is finalized.
