Commonform Jewelry is seeking a Production Technician and Showroom Associate to join our hands-on team. You will finish jewelry pieces and contribute to a positive customer experience in the showroom.
We value attention to detail and pride in quality work. This part-time, non-exempt role offers 15–20 hours per week (up to 30 during holiday prep) with evenings (Thu+Fri) and Saturdays required, and a six-month probation.

As a Production Technician and Showroom Associate, you will play a crucial role in our jewelry production process as well as helping manage the customer experience and direct sales in our showroom. You will be responsible for finishing jewelry pieces, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and aesthetics,

This is a part time, non-exempt position with a starting hourly wage of $20 per hour, depending on experience.
Our ideal candidate would be satisfied with 15-20 scheduled work hours per week, and has availability to fulfill additional hourly work on an as needed basis.
Must be available to work evenings (Thursday + Friday) and Saturdays.
Our current need is for up to 30 hours starting immediately for holiday preparation, with the possibility to stay on or reduce hours in the new year.
In this position you will be subject to a six-month probationary period, starting on your first day of work. Opportunity for performance based raise after 3-6 months.
