Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls for service scheduling.
• Coordinate appointments for maintenance, repairs, and equipment replacement.
• Respond to email and web portal inquiries for scheduling requests.
• Conduct outbound calls to existing clients for follow-ups and scheduling.
• Assist the sales team with reporting, client education, scheduling, and tracking.
• Serve as a liaison between customers and company departments to resolve inquiries.
