Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting or account leadership experience at digital services firms or in retail/consumer goods.
• 10+ years leading technology-enabled business transformation initiatives including digital modernization and enterprise program delivery.
• Strong executive presence with ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled and digital transformation initiatives leveraging data platforms and cloud tech.
• Proven track record managing large client portfolios and growing revenue in professional services.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a $15-20MM portfolio of client accounts, accountable for revenue growth, executive relationships, delivery success, and client satisfaction.
• Partner with Business Development to drive account expansion by aligning client needs with Bounteous' capabilities.
• Serve as trusted advisor to C-suite and procurement stakeholders to unlock enterprise value.
• Lead multi-year account strategies and executive business reviews for alignment across clients and delivery leadership.
• Oversee portfolio performance: pipeline, forecasting, margins, risk, and compliance.
• Lead cross-functional teams across consulting, engineering, delivery, and product leadership to execute complex transformations.
• Ensure scalable, client-centric digital transformation initiatives with defined estimates, SOWs, and resource planning.
• Mentor teams and represent the Consumer business unit with clients, partners, and industry forums.
