This role provides administrative and operational support to our team and clients, with opportunities in operations management, licensing readiness, and a collaborative, fast-paced environment near I-95.

Qualifications

• Operations and team management experience.
• Licensing in securities and/or insurance or willingness to obtain.
• Self-starter with decision-making abilities.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Note: office hours may include closures on Fridays during July 4th to Labor Day weekend.
• Office located minutes from I-95 - Newtown exit.
